Network & Telco Specialist | Strategic Partner to Telcos, Integrators, DC Providers, MSPs & Enterprises | Enabling Project Delivery Across APACWere seeking an AV Technician to work onsite with a leading financial institution in Sydneys CBD.This client-facing, hands-on support role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Based at a flagship CBD location, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting AV systems used daily in business operations.Responsibilities:Provide first-level support for AV systems including video conferencing, digital signage, room control systems, and displays.Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruption.Conduct routine checks and maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.Support AV setup and operation for meetings, town halls, and events.Act as the main point of contact for AV support, ensuring a professional and helpful experience for all users.Escalate complex issues to the wider support team and external vendors as necessary.Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and system performance.Requirements:Experience in AV installation, support, or maintenance roles.Strong understanding of AV technologies and platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Microsoft Teams.Problem-solving skills with strong technical troubleshooting abilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first attitude.Ability to work independently while maintaining service excellence in a corporate environment.Industry certifications (CTS, Crestron, Extron) are advantageous.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.TAFE Diploma or equivalent qualification (Cert IV in IT Networking), or 3+ years of relevant IT/AV work experience.Why Join?Work in a high-profile, professional environment with a respected financial institution.Competitive salary package.Opportunities for ongoing technical training and career development.Employee wellbeing programs and additional staff benefits.If interested, please apply or send your CV directly to: laurence.burrows@hamilton-barnes.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
