Quality systems with innovation and technological excellence provide all clients with a professionally tailored solution.About The OpportunityThe role will see you managing a tidy, local portfolio of 200 properties in an end to end capacity, with no accounts or new business you will have plenty of time to ensure that this portfolio is well maintainedYou will be supported by a Senior Property Manager, Leasing Manager, fellow Property Managers and Assistants.We are looking for a highly capable candidate who has at least 12 months Property Management experience with outstanding communication and organisational skills. You must have the passion for the industry and a good sense of humour.
