Ideal opportunity for pharmacy assistants or administrative assistants wanting to build upon their admin and customer service skills.About the RoleWere looking for an energetic and organised Customer Service Officer (Pharmacy Assistant) to join our friendly and fast-paced team on a casual basis at Slade Pharmacy, Epworth Hospital Richmond. In this role, youll be much more than a receptionistyoull be the go-to contact for patients, hospital staff, and our pharmacy team, playing a vital part in keeping our operations running smoothly.Your work will be varied and meaningful. Youll be responsible for managing incoming queries and orders, booking patient appointments, and maintaining accurate administrative records. Youll also step into pharmacy assistant duties including retail support, helping customers with over-the-counter medications (S2/S3), processing prescriptions, and general counter service.This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to sharpen both their customer service and admin skills in a hospital environment.
