Are you ready to lead, grow, and shape a medical practice not just manage it?Think2Be Healthy is launching its first medical hubs in North Lakes and Kippa-Ring, north of Brisbane. We are looking for an exceptional Practice Manager who sees beyond the day-to-day and is excited by the opportunity to build something meaningful.This is not a role for someone who wants to simply run something that is already in place we want a driven, entrepreneurial leader who wants the challenge of growing a business, building a high-performing practise, and delivering an outstanding patient experience.The operation will occur across multiple locations, and will integrate allied health professionals plus also providing access to state of the art wellness equipment such as sauna, Tesla Chair, Cryotherapy, and oxygen. Infusions will be available as part of the service offering.The hubs will utlise an online practise management system that allows the booking of professionals and equipment, taking payments online, management of rooms, and managing practitioners efficiency.About the Role:Full operational responsibility for growing the practice in terms of finding professionals and helping them attract patients.Play a lead role in business development, marketing, and patient growth initiatives.Recruit, manage, and inspire a passionate team of healthcare professionals.Drive operational excellence, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a culture of continuous improvement.Work closely with ownership on strategy, expansion opportunities, and future services.What Were Looking For:Previous experience managing a medical or allied health practice.Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.Commercial acumen - you understand business drivers, marketing, and financial performance.A mindset of ownership - you treat the business like its your own.A proactive problem-solver with a passion for growth and innovation.Why Join Us?Be part of an exciting growth journey from the ground up.
