Youll work closely with Bid Managers and internal teams to ensure every proposal is accurate, compelling, and delivered on time.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end bid coordination for small to medium-sized tender opportunitiesManage bid timelines, meetings, formatting, approvals, and submissionsMaintain accurate records in CRM and bid pipelinesCollaborate with internal teams to gather and refine proposal contentEnsure 100% compliance with organisational processes and tender requirementsSupport proactive proposals and client retention initiativesAbout YouYou bring strong coordination skills, a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Youre confident working independently, but thrive as part of a collaborative team.23 years'' experience in a bid/proposal coordination role, ideally in B2B salesAdvanced MS Word skills; confident with PowerPoint, Visio, and ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience coordinating multiple deadlines and stakeholdersKnowledge of government or corporate procurement processes (desirable)Experience in novated leasing, salary packaging, or vehicle fleet services (a plus)Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experienceReady to make your mark in bid coordination?
