What youll do:The role focuses on supporting patients with weight loss via end-to-end telehealth care from online medical screening to treatment deliveryConduct phone-based consults with patients.Use your clinical judgement alongside our protocols to organise treatment plans for eligible patientsBe supported by our Clinical Governance structure - calls are recorded for quality and safety purposes to allow regular audit & feedback cycles as well as a dedicated practitioner support team available during shiftsChoose when you work - request the shifts and hours that best suit youThe Role:Onboarding: 4 hours paid. (includes reading protocols, tech setup, and shadowing). We will provide clinical training in weight management if required.Insurance: Must hold your own indemnity that covers telehealthHours: Flexible, min 8 hrs/week - Shifts are in 4 hours block. Opportunity for 40+ hours per weekPayments:Rate per phone consult completedMinimum hourly rate $100PH: The more hours you work per week, the higher the completed consultation fee will be0-8 hours/week = $30 Per consult completed8-12 hrs/week = $35 Per consult completed12-30 hrs/week = $40 Per consult completed30-40hrs/week = $45 Per consult completed40+hrs a week = $50 Per consult completedIf for example you work 41 hours in a week, youll be paid $50 per hour on every consult youve seen that week.Requirements:Based in/AHPRA principal place of practice is NSW, VIC, ACT, SA, NTPGY4+ = 4 years post graduate experience be in AU, NZ, UK or Ireland (or combination)Must hold own professional indemnity insurance that covers telehealthHow to apply:If you are interested or have any questions please contact: rob@charterhousemedical.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
