You can find more information about Star Pharmacy on our website at: The RoleIn this role, your number one focus will be delivering a high level of customer service through ensuring customers prescriptions are handled quickly and efficiently. Other duties in the role include:Assist Pharmacists in assembling/ dispensing medications for prescriptionsLearning and relaying product knowledge to customersAssist with general customer service queries and provide recommendations using your training and experienceCounsel customers about medicationsProcess orders & unpack stock as required ensuring stock movement into the dispensaryUpdate customer filesPack Dose Administration AidsAbout YouYou will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills while upkeeping a professional presentation.
