The key focus of this role is to work alongside the Building & Design Consultant to qualify and generate leads to achieve the displays sales targets. The Sales Associate is typically the first point of contact and is responsible for managing appointments, engaging and qualifying clients. More specifically, you will:Welcome visitors to the fully furnished display homeTake responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display homeQualify customers and provide exceptional customer service including answering questions to support customers to make informed decisionsSupporting the Building and Design Sales Consultant to ensure business objectives are achievedEnsure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard and within required timeframesSupport customers through the new home sales processAbout you:You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
