The aim of the position is to develop the capacity of the mental health service to confidently work with forensic patients using a range of recovery-oriented strategies such as case management that may be time limited, co-case management, coordinating and facilitating professional development opportunities, facilitating access to the specialist forensic service and supporting and mentoring case managers who are caring for forensic and high-risk complex consumers.About The TeamStaff members of the Workforce Partnerships and Professional Development Team, work within a multi-disciplinary team framework to deliver high quality services safely and with a robust culture of continuing improvement.
