Reporting to our eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, this role is perfect for a detail-obsessed doer who thrives in the fast lane of fashion and tech.Youll work closely with our Planning, Marketing, Creative, and Logistics teams to ensure every product, page, and promo goes live without a hitch - and feels just as high end as our boutiques. If youve got an eye for merch, a passion for digital, and a love of all things bold and boundary-pushing, we want to hear from you.A day in the life of our Ecommerce Coordinator entails..Launch new products like a proimagery, copy, categories, and all. Keep our digital shelves merchandised and promo-ready, always.Collaborate with Marketing and Planning to align product drops and campaign launches.Track stock and range readiness so nothing slips through the cracks.Optimise upsell and cross-sell placements with tools like Nosto.Update site content across global markets with Shopify Plus and Langify.Spot friction in the customer journey and turn it into seamless UX.Support SEO, affiliates, and performance reporting to drive traffic and growth.Troubleshoot site bugs, test new features, and keep everything running smooth.Work cross-functionally to bring every campaign and collection to life, online.Your Sweet Spots (About You)Youve got 12 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online retail - and youre ready to level up.
