This position reports to the Centre Manager and is based in Geelong, Victoria.Key responsibilities:Draft, review, and prepare documentation including correspondence, reports, and presentationsManage internal and external accounts: process payments, invoices, and follow up on outstanding items, liaising with the Accounts DepartmentCoordinate maintenance works by issuing work orders to approved service providersAttend promptly to tenant service requestsProvide general administrative assistance: managing mail, archiving, photocopying, typing, scanning, collating, and bindingPrepare accurate monthly expense reconciliations for applicable buildingsAssist managers with onboarding and off-boarding of employeesWho are we looking for?At least 2 years experience in a similar administration or PA role supporting a team or senior individualProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ExcelExcellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlinesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong customer service skills and effective communication at all levelsExcellent verbal and written communication, with high attention to spelling and grammarHigh accuracy and attention to detailNot the perfect fit?We encourage applications from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
