FIFO employees will earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points and stay in comfortable, fully catered accommodation at our camp in CoolgardieAbout the roleAs an Underground Shift Supervisor, youll play a key leadership role at the frontline of our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to guide and support our crews through the demands of daily underground workensuring not just productivity, but safety, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground position where you''ll be actively involved in all aspects of underground operations. You wont just manage from afaryoull lead by example. Whether its overseeing tasks, troubleshooting challenges, or mentoring team members, your presence and proactive leadership will help drive performance and foster a positive crew culture.Youll also be expected to uphold and enforce all relevant safety regulations and mining legislation, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
