We are currently looking for an experienced Full Time Front of House Supervisor to join our iconic rooftop bar destination, Zephyr.Perched on Level 12 of Hyatt Regency Sydney, Zephyr is an outdoor rooftop bar with unrivalled views of Darling Harbour. In this fast-paced and vibrant environment you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional experiences for our guests. You will lead our team of Hosts and Floor Staff by being actively present throughout busy service periods to ensure all departmental standards and procedures are met .Responsibilities IncludeOverseeing the smooth and efficient operation of shiftsProviding regular training and coaching to new and existing team membersOverseeing the management of booking system and reservationsAchieving high standard of service, elevating guest satisfaction and using metrics to measure successCompetently handling customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathyAdopting processes and developing strategies to maximise profitabilityOur Ideal Candidate Will PossessPrevious experience with leading and coaching a team in similar role and/or environmentAbility to provide professional and exceptional customer serviceCan thrive under pressure and work in a fast-paced environmentHigh competency in organization, multi-tasking and delegationExcellent presentation and groomingStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenFull working rights in AustraliaCurrent RSAMust be available to work on a flexible, rotating roster, including nights and weekends.We bring care to the table.
