Were known for our excellent client service, technical excellence, and strong team culture.Description:About The RoleWere on the hunt for a self-sufficient and highly organised Sales Representative to manage our Darwin shopfront and be the face of Envirolab in Darwin.This is not a typical sales role its a hands-on, fast-paced position that combines account management, logistics coordination, customer support, and operational oversight. Youll be the main point of contact for clients, preparing quotes, managing sample dispatch, coordinating deliveries, maintaining stock, and keeping everything running smoothly.Support is provided by a casual Sales Assistant, but this role requires someone who can confidently work independently, solve problems on the fly, and manage competing priorities.ResponsibilitiesAct as the main contact for local clients - prepare and follow up quotes, resolve enquiriesOrganise couriers, freight and deliveries as needed across the regionManage stock levels of sampling equipment and consumablesKeep the shopfront clean, well-stocked and running efficientlyMaintain accurate records in our CRM and liaise with internal teamsProvide support and task direction to a casual Sales AssistantRepresent Envirolab at a high standard across all client and courier interactionsSkills and Experiences:About YouA valid drivers licence and your own reliable car - travel is required3+ years of experience in sales, client service, or admin/logistics rolesExceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesStrong communication and customer service abilitiesConfidence working autonomously in a high-responsibility roleExperience using CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeA science or technical background (preferred but not essential)At Envirolab Group, youll be part of a supportive team environment led by industry experts.
