Based at our CBD head office, with occasional time on site, this position is offered on a full time permanent basis.THE ROLEAs a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for:Conducting internal audits and inspectionsManaging and monitoring the Quality inboxManaging and maintaining quality documents including document reviews and system registrationMaintaining client feedback dataConducting conformance/ incident investigations; or support for actions and closuresPreparing for and assisting with external auditsEvaluating findings and implementing appropriate corrective actionsDeveloping and recommending corrective and preventative actionsMaintaining quality databases i.e. Business Management System, Audit Management System (Evotix)Managing Contractor Pre-Qualifications process, including conducting assessments, facilitating communications and coordinating evidence for approvalABOUT YOUThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:Minimum of 2 years experience in similar roleSound understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management StandardsSound understanding of the Work Health and Safety Act (including WHS Regulations)Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills with proven experience liaising and building relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to prioritise work schedules and tasks to meet ever changing work demandsAble to work as a team and autonomously with the drive for continuous improvement of the Quality Management System or Business SystemsDocument and data record management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteIN RETURNYou will be joining an existing team who will provide you with the onboarding and support to create a successful Linkforce career.
