Career Opportunities - Speech Pathologist - NSWLocation: Sydney Metro AreasJob Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking a motivated and empathetic Speech Pathologist to join our growing team. You will provide assessment, therapy, and support to individuals with a variety of communication and swallowing needs. This role offers flexibility and the chance to work with a diverse client base, including NDIS participants.About Complete Allied Health Care:Complete Allied Health Care provides exceptional, personalised allied health services to the local community. As part of a growing multi-state network, we offer a range of services including Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Podiatry, and Massage Therapy in a friendly and collaborative environment.The Role:Assess patients with communication impairments, including speaking, listening, language comprehension, reading and writing; or speech impediments such as stutters arising from work-related, motor vehicle accidents, NDIS, Home Care Package, Medicare and general private consultations.Individually tailored plans with evidence-based intervention within your scope of services.Provide quality clinical opinions and justification through comprehensive report writing and completing funding application reports.Communication (face to face/phone/email) with service providers, administration staff and case referrers.Timely referral or recommendation of patients to other multi-disciplinary service providers such as Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Podiatrists and Dietitians.Completion of clinical notes at the end of each work day, and to provide prompt written reports/progress letters/treatment requests to the relevant parties involved.Provide training and ongoing clinical assistance to other Team Members involving face-to-face meetings and file audits.To liaise timely and effectively with representatives of Diverse Employment Management including Management, and the Leadership Team consisting of Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists.What We Offer:Community-focused organisation that values work-life balance.Competitive salary and opportunities for leadership roles.$3,000 sign-on incentive (conditions apply).Dynamic workplace with close collaboration among allied health professionals.Supportive and collaborative environment with an experienced team and full administrative support, including reception, billing, appointment scheduling, SMS reminders, and cloud-based practice management software.Continuous clinical training, mentoring, in-services, annual CPD funding.Motor vehicle expenses for travel allowance.Complimentary gym facility access.About You:Organised team player who is willing to adapt, learn and improve.Coachable and open to feedback.Strong ability to maintain strong working relationships with patients and referrers.Excellent interpersonal, communication and report writing skills.A member with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligible for membership).Eligibility for registration with Medicare.Professional indemnity insurance, valid police check and working with children check.Current driver''s licence and own vehicle.Cultural awareness and foreign language capabilities an advantage.How to Apply:If you are passionate about making a significant impact in a collaborative and progressive environment with ample career and personal growth opportunities, please email your application to us.
