This hands-on role is critical in upholding the quality and reliability of our heavy vehicle builds prior to delivery. You will be responsible for conducting end-to-end inspections, identifying and documenting faults, and working closely with the production and operations teams to ensure all issues are resolved promptly and to standard.This is not an office-based role we are looking for someone who is confident and competent working directly with vehicles on the factory floor, and who understands the importance of attention to detail in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform full product inspections of completed heavy vehicles before they are dispatchedIdentify, record, and report any faults or non-conformancesLiaise with production, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality issuesEnsure all vehicles meet internal quality standards and client specificationsMaintain accurate inspection records and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesMaintain quality control documentation and inspection recordsEnsure products meet regulatory and safety standards prior to releaseAbout You:Previous experience in quality assurance, inspection, or production within the automotive or manufacturing industryHigh attention to detail and a proactive problem-solverStrong knowledge of vehicle systems, components, and compliance standardsExcellent attention to detail with a hands-on, problem-solving mindsetAbility to work autonomously and communicate effectively with cross-functional teamsHR Licence so you can test run our productsPhysically fit and comfortable working on the factory floor inspecting large vehiclesWhy Join Us?At STG Global, youll be part of a proudly Australian company committed to innovation, reliability, and delivering industry-leading service trucks and vehicles.
