With 1015 new centres scheduled to open in 2025 across Victoria and Western Australia, now is the perfect time to join our dynamic People & Talent team.Following the successful appointment of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator last month, were now hiring an additional team member to support our continued growth and national expansion. Youll join a close-knit team of 2, soon to be 3, where your contribution will make a real impact.In this newly created role, youll manage a portfolio of 13 centres across Melbournes western suburbs from Werribee to Melton as part of a wider team that supports over 30 centres (and growing). As Aspire continues to scale at speed, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your recruitment career in a purpose-driven, people-first environment.What Youll DoLead Recruitment Across a Diverse Portfolio: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for your assigned 13 centres, hiring a variety of roles including Room Leaders, Kindergarten Teachers, Chefs, Centre Managers, Assistant Centre Managers, Curriculum roles, Operations staff, and Support Office positions.Proactive Talent Pooling: Build and maintain strong pipelines of quality candidates to support current and upcoming vacancies especially in high-growth and regional areas.Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Centre Managers and Area Managers to forecast hiring needs, tailor recruitment strategies, and solve resourcing challenges.Deliver a Great Candidate Experience: Champion a positive and engaging recruitment journey that reflects Aspires values and brand.Support Onboarding & Transitions: Maintain relationships with new hires through their onboarding and early stages to ensure a smooth experience.Strengthen Stakeholder Relationships: Build credibility and trust by delivering timely, high-quality recruitment support that aligns with operational needs.About YouProven experience in talent acquisition, internal recruitment, or high-volume hiring environments.Comfortable managing a recruitment portfolio across multiple sites and juggling competing priorities.Strong knowledge of (or willingness to learn) early childhood education roles, operational functions, and generalist business roles.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills you connect easily with people and build relationships quickly.Highly organised, solutions-focused, and driven by outcomes.Confident using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Why Join Aspire?Up to 50% childcare discount at any Aspire Early Education CentrePaid birthday leave enjoy your special dayMonthly team lunches & regular social eventsAccess to our 24/7 Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Real opportunities for career development and progressionA supportive, inclusive, values-led workplace cultureAt Aspire, we believe in creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for both children and employees.
