The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in validating enterprise applications, identifying issues, and ensuring high-quality software delivery through structured test practices.Key Responsibilities:1. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.2. Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.3. Test ServiceNow applications and workflows, ensuring accurate configurations and performance.4. Document test results, log defects, and track them through resolution using tools like JIRA or ServiceNow.5. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and improve quality.6. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvements.7. Maintain test documentation and support QA best practices across the team.Required Skills:1. 47 years of experience in software testing.2. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, STLC, and SDLC.3. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, Incident/Change Management).4. Proficiency in using test management and bug tracking tools.5. Ability to troubleshoot issues and think analytically to solve problems.6.
