We''re looking for passionate, driven people to join our Melbourne team and help take Hommey to the next level.About the RoleAs our new Production Manager or Coordinator (depending on experience), you''ll take ownership of our end-to-end production process: managing supplier relationships, tracking timelines, and ensuring our products are delivered on time and ready for launch across our online, retail, and wholesale channels.Working cross-functionally with the design, merchandise planning, and operations teams, youll oversee everything from purchase order creation to production handover, with a strong focus on accuracy, communication, and driving accountability with our suppliers.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end coordination of production timelines and supplier communicationDrive alignment across design, merchandise planning, and operations teams to ensure production meets key milestones and launch targetsMonitor production progress and quickly resolve delays or issues as they ariseMaintain accurate product, supplier, and PO data to support planning and operational executionRegularly share production timeline updates with internal stakeholders, including any shifts, risks, or opportunities to accelerateCoordinate production handover with operations team to enable freight planning and ensure timely inbound deliveryAbout YouYoure highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing moving parts concurrently. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to keep production partners accountable without letting things slip through the cracks.3+ years experience in production, planning, or supply chain coordinationStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of timelines, critical paths, and ability to keep them on trackExceptional attention to detail essential for tracking many productions simultaneouslyConfident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionallyProficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and ERP or inventory management systemsWhy Join HommeyAt Hommey, were building more than a home and lifestyle brand were creating a movement defined by comfort, quality, and personalisation.We believe in what we do.
