Fast-paced, people-first, and genuinely exciting, this is where commercial meets cool.ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the Head of HR, this newly created HR Business Partner role is a fantastic opportunity to dive into a true generalist role that blends strong ER advisory work with broader people projects and initiatives.As the first point of contact for HR queries, youll support employees and leaders across the employee lifecycle, while also helping shape the HR function through improved processes and policy development.DUTIESAdvise employees and leaders on employee relation issuesCoach leaders and employees to build capability around people managementInterpret workplace legislation and ensure compliance with awards and company policiesIdentify areas for process improvement and contribute to a people-first employee experienceAdvise and coordinate on the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, internal movements, remuneration reviews, reward and recognition, benefits, workplace wellbeing, and offboarding.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEYoure an experienced HR Advisor or early-career HRBP who thrives in dynamic environments.
