You will guide your teams to assist clients according to their NDIS plans and goals. This key role involves overseeing operations and team leadership and management to motivate and navigate your dedicated teams. You will manage the day to day of clients and staff within a portfolio of residential home services and be a vital leader within our team in Toowoomba.To succeed in this role, you will have a background experience within a similar industry with disability support services and have understanding of large team management. You will be required to travel and work from the various residential homes located across Toowoomba. Hands on experience as support worker is advantageous and knowledge of the local area and surrounds. Bachelor Qualification is Required for this role in any related field to Human Services.Other duties will include:Maintaining knowledge of Endeavour Foundations full suite of service offerings and implement strategies to identify and maximise opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.Leading, guiding and supporting direct reportsin the resolution of escalations and concerns from families/carers/advocates.Developing and retaining a qualified workforce within the Portfolio to ensure teams are committed to person-centric supports, social inclusion, and establishing a professional relationship with individuals.Building the portfolio as a centre of excellence in the provision of disability accommodation services.Encouraging innovative and integrated approaches to improving the quality of service and streamlining work processes.What you will bring to the role:Required Qualification of a Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field.Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of theNational Standards Disability ServicesandQuality & Safeguarding Framework, funding and organisational structure.Minimum 2 years proven experience successfully managing a diverse team.Experience with successfully managing site-based services within a related industry, such as the Disability Sector.Outstanding phone manner and ability to be contactable in emergency/crisis situationsHold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Drivers License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.At Endeavour we offer a range of employee benefits including:Salary Packaging Benefits!
