The company has a proven track record of providing cost-effective and competitive building solutions for new and established clients.The roleDue to internal staff movement, we are seeking a Design Manager to lead our dynamic architectural and design team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering both residential and commercial projects from initial concept through to completion.Working closely with the General Manager, the Design Manager will lead projects from concept to fully documented construction plans. Youll manage all phases of the design process, ensure compliance with legislation and codes, and mitigate design and construction risks. This role involves concept development, documentation, and coordination with graduate designers and in-house engineers to deliver innovative, compliant design outcomes.The ideal candidateYou will have 710 years of Australian experience in architectural design, including managing residential, commercial and industrial projects from concept to construction. Strong leadership, documentation skills, and a commitment to compliance and quality are essential.
