Business Analyst - Billing ProjectLocation: Macquarie Park, NSW (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)Contract Type: 12-Month ContractAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a key Billing Transformation Project with one of Australia''s leading telecommunications companies. This role will focus on enhancing billing accuracy and visibility for enterprise customers by analysing and streamlining complex billing systems and processes.You will work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology teams to identify gaps in the current billing process and help design and implement improvements to ensure a more efficient and accurate billing framework.Key Responsibilities:Analyse and document current billing processes and systemsWork with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business and functional requirementsIdentify inefficiencies and gaps in billing operations and propose process improvementsAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsSupport the development and implementation of streamlined billing solutionsEnsure billing data integrity and consistency across systemsParticipate in UAT and support change management and training as neededKey Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on financial or billing systemsStrong understanding of enterprise billing processes, preferably within the telecommunications or utilities sectorsDemonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysisAbility to work across multiple systems and manage complex stakeholder relationshipsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and documentation skillsDesirable:Previous experience working on billing transformation or remediation projectsFamiliarity with large-scale enterprise environments and legacy billing systemsIf interested, Please send your applications and we will get in touch with the suitable candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
