Sales Executives serve Slaloms clients as a trusted partner, building and executing customised business plans and predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-first, client-focused corporate culture and be passionate about identifying new opportunities to grow the Slalom brand.ResponsibilitiesDrive activity in partnership with account and practice teams, working closely with the Slalom Technology partners.Lead and drive activity to originate new Senior Executive client relationships.Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new long-term accounts and relationships for Slalom.Meet with a broad set of buyers within a territory to learn more about client initiatives and represent Slalom capabilities.Create and sustain a diverse book of business among offerings and accounts.Leverage Slalom Sales platforms to drive a forward-looking forecast while collaborating with Account and Practice leaders.Get to know our consultants and work with them to leverage their networks to identify opportunities.Host and facilitate Slalom marketing events.Serve as primary liaison with some of our clients most senior executives.Mentor other sellers within the market including the sales, account, partner, and practice teams.QualificationsPassionate about sales and technology; collaborates with clients & alliance partners to ensure growth for their business.5+ years of sales experience within Professional Services.Proven experience in creating, managing, and executing a complete sales cycle.Ability to work in ambiguity and thrive in creating and establishing new contacts and opportunities for Slalom and local networks.Strong relationship focus with process orientation, coupled with an ability to work with virtual & in-person teams.Budget and deal management experience, including relationship management, scoping, solutioning, pricing, and contracting of new engagements.Experienced in building relationships across the business including CXOs and decision-makers.Skilled at leading teams through complex technology solution sales.Experienced and adept at aligning teams to work toward a common goal; demonstrates strong people and financial management skills.Creative and innovative; seen as forward-thinking in approach, whilst collaborating and delivering as part of a team.A self-starter with a desire to work within a dynamic team of professional services specialists; leading, participating, and supporting as required by the opportunity.Additional InformationWe have deep relationships with leading technology partners and they love us for our innovative and outcome-based approach.
