The Role We''re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our collaborative team at Digitas Melbourne to partner with some of our biggest connected clients. In this role, you would be responsible for managing key projects and campaigns (both digital and CRM), while building strong client relationships to ensure the delivery of best-in-class client solutions. As a Senior Account Manager, you would be a vital member of our client services team, playing a key role in steering our client relationship to success while ensuring effective communication and collaboration between our diverse and talented team. Reporting into the Account Director, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with your key stakeholders. Understanding their business and competitors to meet their needs with high-quality, innovative solutions. Campaign Management: Briefing, managing, and delivering digital campaigns and projects focusing on CRM and Customer Experience. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with creative, strategy, data, and delivery teams to develop integrated solutions that exceed client expectations. Strategic Planning: Collaborating with stakeholders to identify marketing goals and developing digital strategies aligned with their objectives and budgets. Financial Management: Ensuring project profitability, managing timelines and budgets effectively. People & Culture: Contributing to a diverse and inclusive culture that fosters growth and development. The Person Were Looking For 4+ years relevant experience in Account Service within a digital agency or client marketing team. Strong knowledge of digital and CRM capabilities, with experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for collaboration and relationship-building. Proactive, highly organized, and able to manage projects independently. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, willing to go the extra mile. Passionate about digital, CRM, martech, and data; keen to stay updated on trends and new technologies.
