The Adecco Group combines the best brands in end-to-end HR services.DescriptionResponsible for the prompt and accurate onboarding of Associates into our payroll system (PeopleSoft & FastTrack), involving follow-ups with branches in case of missing or incorrect information.Process timesheets, expenses, and leaves timely and accurately, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations.Resolve payroll errors using the appropriate resolution process.Escalate issues, system errors, risks, and concerns to the Payroll Team Leader promptly.Provide exceptional customer service through responsive and effective communication via phone, cases, or email.ProfileMinimum 2 years of experience in payroll.Understanding of industry awards and EBA interpretation.Knowledge of government payroll processes, including award interpretation.Experience with statutory reporting such as superannuation, payroll tax, workers compensation, etc.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage superannuation compliance and administration.Collaborative problem-solving skills.Job OfferWe empower our people to carve their own career paths.
