The Opportunity: Lead projects analyzing, designing, developing, and supporting business processes. Prepare solution and technology documentation, including high-level designs, system flows, solution options papers, and roadmaps. Synthesize cross-functional business requirements and develop effective business and technology solutions. Facilitate stakeholder discussions and leadership meetings. Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and IT platform teams. Design business processes and identify supporting technology solutions. Maintain focus on project scope, value, and vision; advocate for business value and escalate risks/issues. Follow agile methodologies and provide feedback on features to technical teams. Support strategic research and develop tailored points of view for clients. Requirements: Australian Citizenship is required. Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation. Workshop and facilitation skills. Experience with agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Understanding of agile development (Scrum/Kanban).
