Local Govt experience would be highly regarded.Your new companyThe Test Lead will be responsible for the testing effort required for delivery of department digital solutions and transformation initiatives. The core responsibilities shall be for the execution of test strategies, plans, scenarios, cases, and automated scripts to meet the functionality, and performance of these applications and to ensure that any issues are addressed to provide and achieve product/sprint releases and business go-lives.Your new roleDrive testing activities to support and ensure the successful implementation of a single HCM system across government including alignment of people policies, processes and technology.Introducing and implementing quality assurance best practices to the team.Develop quality assurance processes, procedures, standards and metrics.Create test plans, strategies and maintain test documentation.Managing and executing of testing activities (e.g. manual testing, performance testing, automation, etc)Implementing performance and automated testing tools and practices.Coordinating resolution of defects identified during testing.Manage the day to day task assignments and deliverables of testing resources.Conduct defect triage meetings as requiredReporting - provide regular test updates to the key stakeholdersEngage internal and external stakeholders (technical and non-technical)What you''ll need to succeedMinimum of 4-7 years of experience in System Integration Testing.Demonstrated experience in User Acceptance testing.Minimum of 3 years experience in various Salesforce cloud systems.3 years of experience in Data Migration with good understanding of legacy systems.Minimum 3 years of experience with Test Automation, with demonstrated automation experience in Robot or Python framework.Demonstrated high level of expertise and expertise in writing test cases based on business cases, and complex requirements.Demonstrated experience with test management tools like TestRail, JIRA, ALM, confluence.Demonstrated experience in working with Agile/hybrid methodologies.QA experience working and coordinating with vendor based development teams.Good Team player with excellent communication skills.Knowledge and/or experience with agile framework.What do you need to do nowDoes this sound like you?
