Our game is for everyone, and we strive to be a workplace for everyone.About the RoleAs the Cyber Security Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of the overall cybersecurity strategy, framework and procedures to ensure that AFLs IT infrastructure and systems are effectively protected against cybersecurity threats.A Day in the Life of Cyber Security ManagerLead the Cybersecurity initiative across the AFL including creating and driving the cyber security roadmapIn collaboration with the risk and infrastructure teams, create a robust security risk framework, along with policies, procedures, guidelines and standards to integrate into the overall IT security Roadmap. This also includes supporting the development of the business continuity plan (BCP)Review, enhance and maintain the disaster recovery plan to align with the BCP. Ensure annual testing in collaboration with the infrastructure lead, publish test results and make necessary adjustments to address any deficienciesIdentify and implement key security initiatives and programs using a risk-based approach and recommend appropriate enhancements to strengthen overall information security performanceOversee comprehensive risk management for cybersecurity and ensure the AFL is proactively mitigating potential risksEnsure all current cyber security processes and documentation are regularly updatedEnsure AFL Information assets are properly protected to maintain their confidentiality, availability and integrityOversee the maintenance of all IT security tools and technologiesOffer expert cyber security guidance to the tech team and the broader business to ensure effective implementation of cybersecurity measuresPlan and lead the technical response for cybersecurity incidents across the AFL, while assessing the effectiveness of the current incident response plan against industry best practices.
