Join to apply for the FP&A Manager | Growing Corporate role at Sharp & Carter1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the FP&A Manager | Growing Corporate role at Sharp & CarterOrganisation ProfileSpearheaded by a high-calibre Senior Leadership Team, our client is high-growth privately owned group with a clear mandate for growth.Organisation ProfileSpearheaded by a high-calibre Senior Leadership Team, our client is high-growth privately owned group with a clear mandate for growth.Role OverviewWorking closely with the SLT and the broader business, you will be the focal point for commercial management, including the development of business cases to assess initiatives and provision of insight to make great decisions.Reporting into the CFO, the key deliverables will include but not be limited to the following:Business partnering support for the Senior Leadership Team including divisional General ManagersPrepare, review and report on budgets and forecasts for the Group, including variance analysis and provision of insightEnsure annual budgets are prepared, including operating and capital expenditure budgets in conjunction with the CFOEnsure accurate and timely financial planning, reporting, analysis and cost / risk managementSupporting the end of month processes through actively participating in a hands-on way in a range of accounting tasks, coordinating inputs from others and creating insightful financial reports with commentaryEnsure operating costs are monitored and controlled to maximise profitabilityEnsure high standards of control and integrity over budgets, transactions, assets, and systemsEnsure identification of business unit efficiency, effectiveness, profitability and contributionIdeal CandidatesTo succeed, you will have an ability to balance your detail-driven personality with the capacity to understand the bigger picture.Specific Requirements IncludeCA/CPA qualified with a Big 4 or Mid-Tier upbringingExperience in preparing corporate financial plans, budget and forecastsExceptional communicator with high-level analytical, influencing & organisational skillsAbility to be both highly hands on and strategicHow to ApplyPlease click on the appropriate link to apply online.
