Join REMPLANs growing Advisory team in Bendigo.Were looking for a mid-level consultant to support and lead diverse projects - from strategic planning and economic development to social impact, data storytelling and spatial analysis. This is a flexible role: you dont need to be an expert in everything. Were looking for someone with strong core skills in one or more areas, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to keep learning.Your background might be in: Economics or investment analysis Planning or regional development Social planning, engagement or equity GIS and spatial analytics Data visualisation or graphic designWhat matters most is your ability to turn evidence into insight, communicate clearly, and contribute to great project outcomes for our government and industry clients.What youll do: Deliver analysis and strategic advice on place-based challenges Support or lead projects with real impact, across regional and urban settings Collaborate with a supportive team across economics, planning, GIS and design Communicate ideas through writing, visual tools, maps, data or engagementWhat youll need: 4 to 7 years of relevant experience A track record of high-quality project delivery Clear communication skills - written, verbal or visual Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to growLocation:Bendigo (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in-office)Job Type:Full-time preferred, part-time consideredYou dont need to tick every box.
