This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled data professional with a strong background in data engineering and analytics to lead impactful projects, shape the future of our data science capabilities, and drive innovation across our client engagements.Youll be working at the intersection of business and technologytranslating complex requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions using tools like Python, PySpark, and Microsoft Fabric. If you''re passionate about solving real-world problems with data, mentoring others, and staying ahead of the curve in AI and analytics, wed love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into analytical data-driven solutions.Manage and execute end-to-end data science projects, from data collection and cleaning to modelling, evaluation, and deployment.Analyse large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions.Develop and deploy scalable data solutions that can be integrated into business processes.Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data science and analytics.Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualisations.Participate in cross-functional team meetings, providing expertise in data engineering and analytics.Contribute to the development and execution of the ASIs Data + AI Practice strategy.A Bit About You3+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.Strong knowledge of Data Modelling and modern ETL methods. Experience in Python, Pyspark and Microsoft Fabric is Non-negotiableRelevant Microsoft Data Engineering and Analytics Credentials, specifically Microsoft Fabric.Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL and other programming languages and frameworks for data analysis and machine learning.Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or similar platforms. Experience in Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics is beneficial.Solid understanding of data engineering principles and experience working with large-scale data architectures.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), using data pipelines, APIs, and microservices.Why ASI Solutions?Join us and be part of a family-centric culture that values innovation, collaboration, and connection.
