Job Description

Our clients are family-owned and operated businesses that have been growing and expanding for many years in the Central West region of New South Wales. They currently manage 3,650 hectares, with a cropping and livestock enterprise complementing each other. They are also increasing their focus on a mix of dual-purpose grazing crops and pastures in the cropping program to help finish their lambs in the prime lamb operation.Over the last five years, they have invested heavily in improving farm infrastructure.Now looking to the future, they seek to expand their team to work alongside the next generation with individual stock and cropping focuses. Although this role would be across the sheep and cropping elements, you would predominantly assist in the fodder and cropping programs. This would see you in all aspects of the cropping cycle, including operating and maintaining machinery.Ideally, you will have several years of experience with complete cropping cycles and mechanical and fabrication abilities. Your communication and interpersonal skills will help you thrive in a welcoming and inclusive team environment.Additionally, holding a heavy vehicle licence will be highly preferred to assist with transporting produce on and off the farm.The OfferA competitive salary package is available and will be negotiated based on experience. It includes a vehicle for work-related use.
