The team act for a range of Commonwealth Departments andAgencies, primarily in public law litigation. Whilst the main focusis on disability and insurance access and planning matters underthe National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), the work alsoincludes Commonwealth employee compensation matters. Working underthe guidance of supportive Partners, both of whom have a passionfor training and mentorship, this hands-on role will see youpreparing for and attending conferences and conciliations in theAdministrative Review Tribunal, making this an invaluableopportunity to develop your skills, knowledge and experience.About youTo be successful in this role, you will be an admitted Lawyerwith up to 3 years'' PQE. The work requires attention to detail,practical problem solving skills and the ability to thinkstrategically. While general litigation experience will be highlyregarded, it is your passion and enthusiasm for the law, and yourgenuine interest in developing in the public law space, that willsee you succeed in this role.
