We are currently offering 24 hours per fortnight (days and time negotiable).You must be dedicated to working and understanding the residential aged care environment and standards. We have a range of shifts available and a culture of high-level empathy and compassion for our residents.What you will doThe Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for ensuring:Delivering high-quality education and trainingCoordinating student placements to ensure a positive learning experienceDelivery of one-on-one and group education to all levels of staff across the homeMonitor and report on mandatory training completionProvide orientation to new staffUndertake education needs analysis and develop a plan to address identified needsWhat you will bring:Bachelor of Nursing and hold a current AHPRAStrong verbal and written communication skillsHold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain)Aged Care Experience EssentialCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (not essential, but highly desirable)Highly desirable to have Home Care and RAC experienceBe passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to careInterested?
