That customer-first foundation continues to drive us today.We are committed to constantly improving and evolving our services to ensure we deliver industry-leading earthmoving equipment hire every time, on every site.Proudly 100% Australian Owned and Operated.Reporting to the Operations Manager and joining a team of Allocators, you will be tasked with:Allocating subcontractors (Truck Drivers/Machine Operators) to construction projects around Melbourne;Maintain database daily with the accurate contractor and client information;Provide job details to subcontractors and all the necessary information according to the agreed Company Process;Answer all telephone enquiries in a professional and timely manner displaying a friendly, enthusiastic and professional approach at all times, and:Continually striving to improve customer service, at all times.Were looking for ambitious individuals eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
