We have an impressive range of blue chip clients across the food, ICT, agricultural, automotive and trade industries.THE POSITION:We''re are seeking an energetic, positive, highly organised individual to handle a range of administration and support tasks with relation to reward, loyalty and incentive programs. The best candidate will be self-motivated and eager to learn, have strong operational skills and an eye for detail. This entry level position will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business from the ground up.The role will encompass a range of varied administrative tasks, including:Assisting with administration of key accountsAssisting with and coordinating multiple projects and tasksProviding customer support, including management of program telephone and email enquiriesManagement of program communication plans, including creation and distribution of eDM and SMS campaignsData entry and report compilationHandling multiple clients, programs and projects at one timeProvision of support to account managersAssisting with all aspects of administrationOperate within various software & technology platformsTo be successful in this role you will ideally meet the following requirements:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive and enthusiasticStrong attention to detailEnjoy taking ownership and responsibilityOutstanding multi-tasking abilitiesFun personality that will fit into our vibrant cultureA degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Analytics - is an advantageIf you want to work for the hottest company in the incentive industry, then we have the place for you!To Apply:Please submit your current CV and an introduction letter, highlighting your experience and why you''re the perfect fit for this role.
