Program Officers (Fellowship Support Program)Join to apply for the Program Officers (Fellowship Support Program) role at The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP)$89,152 + super + ability to salary package up to $15,900 tax free for living expenses under the RACGPs health promotion charity statusFull time - permanent and 14-month fixed term opportunitiesFlexible location with WFH opportunitiesAbout the roleAs a Program Officer - Fellowship Support Program (FSP), you will provide administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of our fast-paced and rapidly growing GP training program. Reporting to the Team Lead FSP, you will manage registrar case support, coordinate training activities, maintain program databases, and facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of GP training and compliance with policies.Learn more about the Fellowship Training Programs here.As our Program Officer - FSP, you''ll also:Provide high-level customer service to a cohort of FSP registrars and coordinate their training activities with medical educators and operational staff.Monitor program databases to track registrar progress and ensure timely delivery of relevant information.Serve as the primary point of contact for registrar-related inquiries, escalating issues as needed.Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.The role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is adaptable to change, and is committed to continuous growth and improvement.
