This role is to continuously identify new sales opportunities and focus on providing consultative support by building value propositions for the customer, manage and build customer contacts and be the local point for relationship strategies, sales plans, proposal strategies, and contract negotiations, for pursuits in play.Bachelor''s degree in lawMust have a current Australian Practicing certificateMinimum of 3 - 5 years post-qualification experience - essentialExperience in providing contractual and legal advice and support within a construction, engineering or technology industry gained within private practice or an in-house environmentExcellent understanding of commercial and contract lawOutstanding ability to negotiate with both internal and external customers and represent Honeywell''s best interests without being adversarialExperience in dealing with tenders/RFPs and other procurement type documentationAbility to integrate contractual/legal obligations with commercial/business needsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsWho We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
