This position will serve as the regional advocate working closely with overall Customer Success team to ensure the highest levels of on-going adoption, retention, satisfaction, and new feature adoption are realized. This will cover verticals of Travel and also Payment Strategy for existing customers.Key to success in this position is the development and maintenance of strong relationships, both within SAP Concur, customers andpartners. This position is structured as a named account role with an assigned account base. Medium to extensive travel maybe required.
