About the role:As an HR Advisor, you will provide crucial support to both managers and employees across a range of employee and industrial relations matters, including:Offering expert advice on daily employee relations and performance management issues to managementInvestigating and resolving employee performance concerns and related mattersEnsuring compliance with HR policies, company guidelines, and legal requirementsPerforming general HR duties as needed to support the team and the organizationAbout YouRecent experience in handling employee relations and managing performance issues within a large, complex organisation.
