We source eco-friendly, recycled, sustainable and natural Australian materials for use in our products.We have 3 words that define our brand: Quality, Consistency & EfficiencyAbout the Role:Supporting the Human Resources Manager, you will:Participate in all activities relating to the employee lifecycle, including recruitment activities, employee onboarding and induction through to offboarding.General HR administrative duties including maintaining employee records, generating employee contracts and letters, updating, and maintaining company policies and procedures.Processing of weekly payroll.Provide support with performance management, investigations and grievances.Skills & Experience:A proactive and hands on HR professional with experienced gained in a generalist HR role.Degree qualified in Human Resource ManagementExperience with processing payroll on a weekly basis.Demonstrated ability to liaise, advise and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders.Competent in Microsoft Office package, inclusive of excel tables and graphs.The ability to work independently as well as part of a busy and dynamic team.Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing, supply chain or agricultural industry will be highly regarded.What''s on offer:A fantastic opportunity to join an Australian owned company undergoing an exciting growth stageSupportive and friendly team environmentHow to apply:Please note that only successful applicants will be contacted.
