This role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in Smartsheet to drive process improvements, enhance project management capabilities, and deliver meaningful results across various organizations.Responsibilities:Implement and build custom Smartsheet solutionsActively listen to clients needs, goals, and pain pointsPerform gap analyses for clientsAnalyze the whole ecosystem of an organization to develop strategic Smartsheet recommendationsProvide memorable client experiences with long-lasting process improvementsDesign Smartsheet sheets, reports, dashboards, and formsContinuously learn and share new Smartsheet skills and capabilitiesImplement PMO Smartsheet solutionsDevelop training workshops and supportive documentation to help teams adopt their new processes and solutionsIdentify ways to increase adoption and client satisfactionSupport a growing Smartsheet service line through marketing, business development, and process creation effortsQualifications:Bachelors in business or related fieldAt least 2 years Smartsheet ExperienceSmartsheet Core Product Certification or Product Certified UserExperience with a variety of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban)Experience with a variety of project management tools (Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Monday, Asana, etc.)Qualifications:Experience with Smartsheet premium apps such as Control Center, Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, Resource ManagementPMP or CAPM certificationWho We are:Alluvionic is a woman-owned, 8(a) certified solutions provider of project management and process improvement services.
