Independent Member - Audit and Risk Management CommitteeLockyer Valley Regional Council is currently seeking expressions of interest to fill the role of Independent Member on its Audit and Risk Management Committee. Role OverviewProvide independent assurance and assistance to Council in areas such as financial reporting, internal and external audit, risk management and other internal control and compliance frameworks.3-year appointment, with an opportunity to extend for an additional 3 years subject to performance review.Quarterly meetings (minimum)Eligibility RequirementsMust be independent from Council.
