Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup Settlements Manager? We are looking for a Settlements Manager to manage and lead our Vehicle Settlements teams, ensuring settlement targets are met. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Leasing Sales Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly settlement numbers. Plan, forecast, and report on settlements activity to drive growth. Ensure compliant and accurate processing of lease settlements. Build and maintain relationships with financiers to optimize funding arrangements. Develop and lead a strong, engaged team focused on skills development and succession planning. Utilise customer feedback to improve NPS outcomes and address issues promptly. Lead geographically dispersed teams to achieve growth and customer satisfaction. Manage workforce effectively to meet demand and deliver settlements. Provide accurate reporting and insights on key metrics and targets. Identify and implement innovation and change management opportunities. Drive business improvement, transformation, and project activities. Who are you? Minimum 3 years of experience in leading and managing a settlements or operations team. Experience with legislation and compliance around financial products. Proven relationship-building skills with internal and external vendors. Demonstrated ability to deliver results and maintain reporting cadence. Proven ability to coach and develop leadership, promoting inclusion and diversity.
