We deliver industry-led innovation programs in partnership with government, philanthropy, and corporates, all with the goal of scaling real-world decarbonisation solutions globally.About the role:We are seeking a proactive and strategic Program Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-impact programs that advance climate tech and decarbonisation, particularly in hard-to-abate sectors. Reporting to the Chief Partnership Officer, you will oversee the full program lifecycle from ideation and stakeholder engagement to execution and impact evaluation.This role requires strong project management skills, cross-sector engagement, and the ability to connect strategy with delivery. Youll collaborate with startups, industry, investors, and government partners to activate partnerships, foster innovation, and amplify impact.This is an opportunity for a mission-driven leader to shape climate innovation through ambitious programs and meaningful collaboration.Key responsibilities:Program Development & ManagementDesign and manage end-to-end climate innovation programs, aligned with Greenhouses strategic priorities.Coordinate stakeholder engagement, program planning, execution, and post-program evaluation.Deliver high-quality content such as research briefs, stakeholder analysis, or insight papers.Lead and facilitate workshops, roundtables, and working groups with external stakeholders.Community Engagement & Event DeliveryCoordinate monthly signature events and program activations that build awareness and foster collaboration.Manage logistics, content development, promotion, and speaker coordination.Support the delivery of key engagements including delegation visits, launch events, panels, and networking functions.Team Collaboration & OperationsWork closely with internal teams to align program goals with broader organisational strategies.Mentor interns or junior team members to support their professional development.Contribute to reporting, insights sharing, and knowledge management processes.About you:QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Sustainability, Engineering, Policy, Environmental Science, or a related field.5+ years experience in program management, consulting, or partnership development within climate, innovation, sustainability, or related fields.ExpertiseStrong knowledge of climate tech, decarbonisation pathways, and policy or investment trends in climate innovation.Experience working with government, corporates, investors, and startups.SkillsExceptional program and project management skills.Strong partnership-building and stakeholder engagement capabilities.Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce compelling content.Strategic thinker with a bias for action and strong organisational skills.Comfortable using project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Notion).Why join Greenhouse?Be part of a mission-driven organisation tackling one of the most urgent global challenges.Work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-impact environment.Join a diverse, growing team committed to innovation, equity, and positive climate outcomes.How to Apply:To apply, use the link on our website to send both a CV, and a Cover Letter with reference to the role description to Harry Guinness (harry.guinness@greenhouse.tech) with the subject - EOI Program Manager @ Greenhouse - (Your Name)Please ensure that your cover letter addresses the following key points:Your experiences managing programs in previous roles/projectsYour relevant skills in developing and collaborating with various partners and stakeholdersYour understanding of ecosystem partnerships in climate innovationInterviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
