We offer a balanced caseload, a strong support structure, and the chance to develop deep, practical expertise across diverse care situations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and review case plans with a strengths-based, trauma-informed approachProvide therapeutic case management for children and young people in careCoordinate and attend relevant appointments, including medical, school, and family contactMaintain high-quality, factual documentation that meets legislative and ethical standardsEngage with carers and families to promote stability and connectionWork collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and comply with all care standards and regulationsParticipate in reflective supervision, peer debriefs, and organisational learningWho You AreYou have a Bachelor degree in Social Work, Psychology, Teaching, Community Services, Counselling, or related areasYou understand the realities of working in child and family welfare, and bring a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and therapeutic mindsetNeed to be willing to travel for the role - car pool availableYou can manage competing priorities and compliance requirements without losing sight of the child''s voiceYou have strong written and verbal communication skills, and you''re confident preparing reports and maintaining detailed case notesNeed to be available to work full-timeYou''re tech-savvy, organised, and confident using client record systemsHave a minimum of 12 months of experience working as Therapeutic Case ManagerYou meet all mandatory compliance requirements including:Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)National Criminal History Check (NCHC)Valid Driver''s Licence and access to a roadworthy vehicleFirst Aid & CPR (desirable)What We OfferManageable caseloadsDedicated self-care and supervision support structuresRegular 1:1 supervision, peer review, and reflective practice sessionsAccess to salary packaging and wellbeing programsHybrid work model (1 day a week)Car pool vehicles with child safety fittings for transportOpportunities for professional development, training, and cross-sector learningA supportive and values-led workplace culture that welcomes innovation and fresh thinkingWorkplace CultureJoin a professional, collaborative team that blends experience with youthful energy.
