Reporting to the Group Business Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of premium media channels, platforms, and digital assets.This role involves building strong relationships with media agencies and key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering strategic, creative advertising solutions that align with our client goals. Your ability to negotiate, present compelling proposals, and collaborate with internal teams will be key to your success.This position will be 12 month fixed term contract maternity leave cover.Your ResponsibilitiesMaintain a strong market presence (including face-to-face meetings) to build and nurture relationships with media agencies and clients, ensuring mutual objectives are metIdentify and pursue new revenue opportunities by acquiring new advertisers and retain relationships with existing clientsDevelop creative, timely proactives that generate new advertising opportunitiesNegotiate and manage sport and entertainment sponsorships with valued client partnersCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign deliveryEnsure accurate booking schedules and conduct post-campaign analysisTrack revenue progress and report against targetsUnderstand channel partner products to optimize revenue opportunitiesMentoring a coordinator by monitoring performance against targets and KPIs, provide training where requiredMeet individual, team, and company KPIs consistently and monthly and quarterly revenue targetsWhat we are looking for2 years + experience working in Media sales, either agency or in-houseProven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships within the media landscapeAbility to create, respond and confidently present to briefs and proposals, including well-structured documentation for briefs and proactive proposalsExperience managing relationships with media agencies, along with a proactive approach to identifying and closing new business opportunitiesExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong prioritisation, time management, and multitasking skills in a fast-changing environmentLife at Foxtel GroupA career with us means working across one or more of our brands including Foxtel, Hubbl, Kayo Sports, BINGE, Flash, Fox Sports and Foxtel Media.
