In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping strategic commercial outcomes through Public-Private Partnerships and large-scale agreements, enabling sustainable growth and long-term value creation.You will be instrumental in driving commercial excellence, overseeing complex deal structures, and ensuring contractual performance across projects worth hundreds of millions. This is a critical role within our organisation, ideal for someone who combines commercial acumen with strategic thinking and a deep understanding of partnership models in both public and private sectors.Join a global leader that feeds innovation, drives hospitality, and powers possibility!THE ROLEThe purpose of this role is to provide sound commercial support to the Healthcare sector of the business, including mobilisation of new Footscray Hospital and Frankston hospitals. Key responsibilities include end-of-month and management reporting, contractual compliance & reviews, and financial analysis of the relevant portfolio. Promotion and support of our Safety Culture framework are also expected.Main responsibilities:Accurate & Timely Month-End Closing ProcessesContract ComplianceAssisting Internal & External StakeholdersBudgeting and ForecastingVic hospital PPP contract managementIdentify and implement opportunities for improvement and streamlining of existing processesAssist with retention, bid modelling & supporting growthFollow Compass health, safety, and security proceduresTHE PERSONDegree qualified and CA/CPAMinimum 5-7 years of previous experience within a commercial accounting environmentSound technical and analytical skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsProven ability to provide senior operations leadership with advanced finance support and influence outcomes based on well-presented analyticsDesirable:Understanding of, and ability to manage in, a PPP environmentPrevious management experience within a hospital environmentExperience in ORACLE/ QFM systemsExperience in financial modelling and commercial reviewThe BenefitsWorking with a large global company means you can be assured that we have an attractive benefits program!
